DEPOSITS
All new clients must make a 50% deposit when calling to book an appointment. Online bookings will require a 50% deposit for all clients.
LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW FEE
If you cancel within 48 hours or simply do not show up to your appointment, you will incur a 100% fee upon your next appointment.
RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENT
If you reschedule with more than 48 hours notice the deposit can be used as a credit on your account.
If it is under 48 hours we will require a 50% deposit for your next appointment, if you have already paid a deposit it will be forfeited and we will require an additional 50% deposit to secure your next appointment.
Our SMS service will send you a confirmation TEXT you at 9am THREE days before your appointment.
Please call the salon if you need to make any changes. We quite regularly have a waiting list of guests so this allows us plenty of time to accommodate all Pura Veeda clients’ needs.
*Fix ups
At Pura Veeda we pride ourselves on ensuring you are in-love with your hair after your service. If on the off chance there are any problems or you are not 100% happy with your service, we do offer a complementary fix up within 7 days of your initial service.
It is also part of our policy to take a before and after photo of your hair which will be stored confidentially. You also have the option to agree or disagree to have those photos uploaded to our social media pages.
When you schedule an appointment with Pura Veeda, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
